“He [the Holy Spirit] will guide you into all truth.” ALL truth. All truth certainly includes where to direct your money, how to promote and maintain God’s kingdom. Refusing to submit your christianity to the Holy Spirit is most certainly refusing to submit your christianity to Jesus. Amen? Jesus also said….

“He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak.” The Holy Spirit is the mediator between Jesus and you. He hears from Jesus and conveys what He hears to you. Obeying the Holy Spirit is obeying Jesus.

Evangelical religionists – religionists being those protecting and engendering their religion – do not prompt you to be led individually by the Spirit. Have you ever heard them admonish, when taking a collection, “Only give as the Holy Spirit so directs!”?

You must fully realize religionists want your money. They need your money. Evangelicalism, like every religion, is very expensive. Overhead is high. Salaries must be paid.
