Jesus Christ vs the Evangelical Tithe

Jesus Christ vs the Evangelical Tithe

# 30: Evangelicals (and non-evangelicals) have residing within a compilation of both truths and untruths. Both truths and untruths were passed down from evangelicals (etcetera) having similar compilations. And those victims pass their mixture to others, especially to those they most influence.

It’s important to be fully aware that in YOU are both truths and untruths. Refusing to acknowledge that untruths (misconceptions, errors, false doctrines) have taken root ensures those untruths remain. Untruths are nasty critters   that devalue your christianity in your here-and-now and your entire eternity.

To become an evangelical you had to accept, begrudgingly perhaps, a number of untruths. In time, wavering acceptance morphed into a warm embrace. Evangelicalism’s many “commandments of men” overwhelmed and replaced your loyalty to New Testament writings.

Evangelicals, to become evangelicals, rejected the Spirit’s guidance. One example of many: It was religionists, not the Holy Spirit, who taught evangelicals to finance their religion via the awful evangelical tithe (or otherwise).

A consoling reality: The Holy Spirit, the very “Spirit of truth”, lives within. Jesus: “He will guide you into all truth.” The Holy Spirit will bring correction to those bowing to His guidance.
