Issue # 4 – Heaven and Hell
WHO SAID THAT??
It is hardly necessary, I am sure, to quote additional passages to show what the Bible says about the future destiny of the wicked. I am not trying to convince you that there is a hell, not at all; I am merely trying to show you what the Bible says clearly concerning this place. Then, if you reject it, you are not rejecting my word, but God’s own holy, infallible Word. If you differ with me, that is not serious, for I too may be wrong, but if you differ with the teaching of the Word of God, you do it only at your peril and the expense of your own immortal soul.

WHEN DOES ONE GO TO HEAVEN?
The saved (those saved from the due punishment of their sins) go to heaven immediately after one dies. Paul taught that “to be absent from the body” is “to be present with the Lord.” And since the Lord is in heaven, it is obvious the Christian goes immediately to heaven.
WHEN DOES ONE GO TO HELL?
The unsaved go immediately to sheol-hades after he dies. He is there before his funeral. He will remain in sheol-hades until he is brought before “The Great White Throne” judgment where Christ will declare his/her degree of punishment. From there he will be delivered into gehennah.
