Q & A: Love The Brethren But Hate Their Religion

Q: Hate their religion? Isn’t that a bit strong?

A: We should love what Jesus loves and hate

what Jesus hates.

Q: Lord Jesus hates religion? Like really?

A: Perhaps as much as He loves the brethren.

Q: But why does Jesus hate religion?

A: Religion sabotages His brothers and sisters.

Q: How?
A: Christ has set us free; religion snuffs out

that freedom.
Q: Freedom to do what?
A: Freedom to be led by the Holy Spirit.
Q: Aren’t evangelicals led by the Holy Spirit?
A: Hardly.

Q: What/who leads them?

A: Their religion leads them.
Q: Leads them into what?
A: Deeper and deeper into spiritual bondage.
Q: From whence they came?
A: Paul: “Do not be entangled again with a

yoke of bondage.”
Q: Are evangelicals so entangled?
A: All religionists bear a “yoke of bondage.”
